Applications: Bumpons are designed to dampen the harsh sounds of slamming cabinet doors and drawers as well as to prevent loud slamming noises and protect sliding hardware from continued abuse. They also quiet and protect doorknobs and walls, while eliminating unsightly damage. When used under electronics, computer equipment, and circuit boards, bumpons can eliminate damage from vibrating or sliding.
When using bumpons on counter surfaces, they can hold cutting boards firmly in place and with a special high-performance adhesive, they can withstand the most extreme conditions including dishwasher cleaning.
